Let's get started

I am a 20 year old, mother of one, who is determined to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. I have created this blog in order to keep track of my results and also help keep myself accountable. Hopefully this will be a helpful blog that will inspire and motivate others along the way to reach their goals. We can do this!
My husband is a certified personal trainer so during my pregnancy I did not even want to think about a gym or his job. While I was busy having mood swings and gaining weight he was busy being surrounded by beautifully thin women. THAT is when I decided as soon as I could get in the gym after my pregnancy I was going to make it worth my while!
As I venture down this road I will post my exercise plans, meal ideas, and progress!
